PCATS Gateway Advisory Council
PCATS, 1SYNC and NACS have created the PCATS Gateway Advisory Council. Early subscribers will be invited to participate on the council.
Mission – The mission of the PCATS Gateway Advisory Council is to provide input from the PCATS Gateway subscriber community to PCATS, 1SYNC and NACS regarding the operation and functionality of the PCATS Gateway. Recommendations made by the Council shall be strictly advisory and PCATS, 1SYNC, and NACS, each specifically reserve the right in their individual discretion to accept and/or adopt any such recommendations.
Membership – Membership in the PCATS Gateway Advisory Council is available to retailer and supplier subscribers in good standing who have demonstrated an interest in the Council and a willingness to participate in its function. A total of twelve (12) Subscribers shall comprise the Council. Members are appointed jointly by PCATS and 1SYNC for a two-year term; members may be reappointed for subsequent terms.
Meetings – Meetings of the PCATS Gateway Advisory Council will be held quarterly, with 2 meetings via conference call and 2 on site. The meeting location determined and hosted in alternating years by PCATS and 1SYNC. Members of the Council are responsible for their own travel expenses.
