Bill Wade of Professional Datasolutions, Inc. (PDI), is chair of the Technical Advisory Committee, which is charged with coordinating the activities of the various technical committees. Scott Wood, PCATS Director of Standards Development is the Vice-Chair.

The committee is governed by the PCATS Operating Procedures.
